The Taminu Turaki-led Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has replaced the Sunday Bisi-led leadership of the party in Osun State with a caretaker committee.
The PDP in a statement on Thursday, announced the appointment of a caretaker committee to oversee affairs of the party in Osun State.
The announcement was made in a statement signed by Theophilus Dakas Shan, National Organising Secretary of the PDP.
The statement names Hon. Tunde Tijani, as the caretaker Chairman, while Hon. Bamidele Seyi-Abiola was named Secretary.
Other members of the committee include, Lateef Mumini Obide,
Alhaji Sarafa Gbadamosi, Adewoyin Babatunde, Ajileye Wasiu Aderemi, and Oluresi Michael Adebanji.
The statement tasked the committee to manage party affairs for a tenure not exceeding 90 days or until new executive committees are elected.
