The People’s Democratic party (PDP) in Osun and her Governorship candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke has on Monday served the All Progressive Congress and its candidate, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola through substituted means.
The PDP who has been granted by the tribunal to serve the APC and her candidate who has been allegedly dodging the court service.
The candidate of the PDP has served the parties involved through substituted means, on the notice board of the court as ordered by the tribunal.
It would be recalled that the candidate of the PDP had dragged the APC and its candidate to the tribunal seeking the court to declare him as the winner of the September 22 Governorship election in Osun State.
