The Ajagunla Foundation, an initiative of Olubiyi Fadeyi, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, has rolled out massive succour for the residents of Osun Central Senatorial District.
The efforts are geared towards healthy living and cushioning the effect of government lockdown on the people during this coronavirus pandemic period.
Fadeyi who distributed hand sanitizers and nose masks to the people of the 10 Local Government Areas across the Central Senatorial District also gave out cash handouts to enable the people stock up food materials during the lockdown period.
On education, the foundation equally engaged WAEC-certified English language and Mathematics tutors to teach SS3 students every weekday via RAVE FM during the lockdown period.
The Foundation Chairman however urged the people to observe laid down precautionary measures against the spread of COVID-19 by regular hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, use of nose mask, use of elbow when sneezing, staying at home and self-isolation when feeling unwell.
