The Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District, Senator Adelere Oriolowo has described the newly inaugurated Interior Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ogbeni Rauf Aregebsola, who was sworn in yesterday by President Muhammadu Buhari as a Nationalist.
In a personally signed press statement, a copy which was made available to osun.life today in Osogbo, the State capital, Oriolowo said Aregbesola is a nationalist who is concerned about the welfare of Nigerians and stability of regions.
Senator Oriolowo noted that “There is no better time than now for someone like Aregbesola to oversee such a sensitive ministry considering the nation is divided along several ethnic and religious lines.”
“Ogbeni is a unifier who will use the office to promote the ONE Nigeria agenda and find a common ground for all tribe and religion without discrimination or bias whatsoever.”
The former RAMP Project Coordinator who recalled his working experience with the former Governor of Osun State, said the new minister a workaholic who believes so much in selfless service to humanity.
The Senator expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari for the utmost confidence reposed in Aregbesola by appointing him as one of his cabinet member with great responsibility.
