Dignitaries to storm Osogbo for Madam Esther Odofin-Otunola’s burial

Several dignitaries are to storm the City Of Osogbo this weekend for the burial of Madam Esther Mojirola Odofin Otunola who died recently at the age of 82 years.

The late matriarch who is survived by husband, Chief J. A Odofin, children, amongst who are Mr. Femi Odofin, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Engr. ‘Biodun Otunola, CEO Planet Project Ltd, Engr. Bode Otunola, Mr. Kayode Otunola and several grandchildren.

The family in a statement made available to osun.life disclosed that the Christian wake-keep will hold on Wednesday 15th of May, 2019 at Kobongbogboe, while the commendation service will hold at All Saints Cathedral Church, Balogun Agoro, Osogbo on Thursday, 16th of May.

A second Christian wake-keep is also expected to hold at the field of St Andrew primary school, Edidi Kwara State, on Thursday, 16th of May.

The service of songs for Late Madam Otunola will hold on Friday, 17th May, at St. Andrew Anglican Church Edidi, Kwara State.

The event which will climax on Saturday with the celebration of life at the popular Atlantis Event Centre, Osogbo, is expected to have several high profile guests from the political sphere, public service and private sector.
