The leadership of the Alubarika Movement in Olorunda Local Government has commenced a sensitisation tour across wards in the area ahead of the forthcoming national elections.
The tour was led by former Deputy Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Alhaji Taiwo Sunmonu (Sunco).
At the meeting, members reviewed the last governorship election and were charged to be proactive in mobilising support for the upcoming national polls.
The Team Leader of the Movement in Olorunda, Hon. Akeem Olapade, commended members for their dedication and resilience in sustaining the group, stressing that it is the core duty of all members to ensure victory for all APC candidates.
The meeting was attended by Hon. Taiwo Sunmonu, Alhaji Muftau Oladapo, Hon. Sola Oladepo, Hon. Akeem Okunade Samanja, Hon. Waheed Adediran, Hon. Akeem Olapade, as well as the local youth leader and women leader.
Alubarika Movement is a political group cut across Osun State, with the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress as its principal.
