Osun APC leaders take campaign to ‘Ajo-Ife’, woo voters for AMBO.

Leaders of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State, led by the party chairman, Tajudeen Lawal, on Saturday, took the campaign of the party’s governorship candidate, Mr Bola Oyebamiji, to traditional quarters in Ile-Ife.

The delegation, which included the APC Deputy Governorship Candidate, Engr. Benjamin Kayode Adereti, the member representing Ife Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Abimbola Ajilesoro, paid courtesy visits to the various ‘Ajo Ife’ (quarters within Ile-Ife).

Lawal, in a post on his Facebook page on Sunday, said the visit was aimed at presenting the party’s “Prosperity Agenda” directly to residents, engaging with community members, listening to their concerns, and seeking their support ahead of the August 15 governorship election.

Lawal said the warm reception from the people of Ile-Ife strengthened the party’s confidence that residents were ready to embrace purposeful leadership.

“The warm reception and encouraging responses we received further strengthened our confidence that the people of Ile-Ife are ready to embrace purposeful leadership and a government that prioritises development, prosperity, and the welfare of all,” the APC chairman stated.

He added that the party was building momentum across the state ahead of the poll.

“Together, we are building momentum for the APC’s victory in Osun State. By the grace of God, AMBO and Engr. Benjamin Kayode Adereti will emerge victorious, bringing in a new era of progress, prosperity, and sustainable development for our dear state,” Lawal noted.
