A governorship aspirant under the All Progressives Congress in Osun State, Barrister Kunle Rasheed Adegoke (K-RAD) has emphasized the need for the APC to reform its internal reward structure to better appreciate loyalty and commitment at all levels.
This was as he equally stressed that the APC must prioritize merit, competence, and vision in choosing its candidate for the August 08, 2026 election.
He stated while receiving the Progressives e-Group (PeG), an Osun State foremost online progressive media platform at his office recently.
Adegoke said fairness in reward and recognition remains essential for sustaining grassroots enthusiasm.
“There’s a need to review how our party compensates loyal members. Many who labor tirelessly are often left unrewarded. We must change this narrative if we truly want to strengthen our base,” he added.
“Osun is too big to be left in the hands of mediocrity. The APC must choose wisely – someone with the competence, ideas, and vision to move the state forward,” he cautioned.
“If we fail to present our best, we risk losing the people’s trust again. Merit must come first, regardless of an aspirant’s background or zone.”
He commended Progressives e-Group for its professionalism and impact in promoting the image of the APC, pledging his continued support for the group’s initiatives.
“You have my respect and support. The work you are doing is invaluable to the progressive family, and I will continue to assist in any way I can,” he assured.
