Past President and Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, (NIESV), Oyebode David Adediji, has been elected as president of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Environmental Design and Management (EDM), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in Osun State.
Adediji, who emerged at the alumni reunion of the faculty, under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Eyitope Ogunbodede, ably represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration), Professor Chris Ajila.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in estate management and emerged as the best graduating student of the department in 1979.
Also, he obtained a master degree in estate management (Urban Land Appraisal) at Reading University, United Kingdom in 1984.
Adediji is a member of many professional bodies such as: Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV); Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON); International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI); African Real Estate Society (AFRES); Nigerian-South African Chamber of Commerce (NSACC) and Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria.
