With over 99% reporting, result coming in from the units indicate that the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has won their first LG, Ejigbo, the LG of the its candidate Isokan LG.
The final results shows that the APC won with 12, 229 votes to PDP’s 9, 723
The electioneering process has been marred with allegations and counter allegations from both camps. The Governor of the State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, in last minute moves, took on the family of the Late Senator Isiaka Adeleke, questioning the sanity of their patriarch, Dr Deji Adeleke.
