Osun Utd Coach Resigns After Six Months

Ex-international Duke Udi has abruptly   resigned his position as Head Coach of Osun United Football Club.

Udi who tendered his resignation letter on Monday, has left the fans and players of the Omoluabi Giants in a state of shock as a result of the development.

“I have decided to resign from my position as head coach of Osun United Football Club,” Udi said.

“I deeply appreciate my time with the team and I want to thank all the fantastic people who make Oshogbo a fantastic place to work for me.”

Osun United Management Committee led by Engineer Jimoh Olayemi, held an emergency meeting after receiving Udi’s resignation letter and wished him the best in his future endeavours

Meanwhile, in order to fill the vacuum created by the development, the management of the club will name a substantive head coach that will replace Udi  soon.
