Reactions have continued to trail yesterday’s superlative victory of FC Barcelona over Paris Saint German (PSG) in the last 16 stages of the UEFA Champions League.
The first leg of the game which held on February, 14, saw PSG winning with a wide margin of 4 goals to nil. The spanish giant put on a thrilling performance to overturn the deficit and beat PSG 6-1 thereby advancing to quarterfinals stage of the tournament on a 6-5 aggregate.
Reacting to the victory, A former Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon Adejare Bello, described Barcelona’s win against PSG as a total act of God.
The PDP Governorship Aspirant stressed that with God on one’s side, nothing is impossible as seen in the Catalan’s win over PSG.
He said “Whatever you are doing, with God on your side, you can achieve it, they (Barcelona) proved the analysts, experts and pundits wrong. I salute them on their win and ask us all to take a cue from this in our daily activities and goals”.
