As part of efforts to strengthen grassroots support and mobilisation for the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State, Mr Bola Oyebamiji, the National Secretary of the party, Senator Ajibola Basiru, on Friday, met with selected stakeholders across Wards 4 and 5 in Osogbo Local Government.
In a post on his Facebook page, Basiru said the meeting was aimed at galvanising party structures at the ward level for effective voter engagement.
Addressing the stakeholders, Senator Basiru emphasised the importance of grassroots work in determining the outcome of the election.
He charged them “to intensify grassroots mobilisation, engage voters, and remain committed to ensuring a resounding victory for our great party at the polls.”
The APC National Secretary noted that direct engagement with voters and a strong ward structure will be critical to securing victory for the party in Osogbo and across the state.
