Adeleke mourns Osun Accord Party member who died during HoR primary chaos

Governor Ademola Adeleke has condoled with the family of Taliat Simbiat, who died during the Accord Party House of Representatives primary for Ayedire/Iwo/ Olaoluwa Federal Constituency.

The governor in a statement by his spokesperson Olawale Rasheed, noted that her passing was a big blow not only to her family but also to the party.

Adekele xpressed profound pains at the unfortunate loss, describing the deceased as a strong supporter and a committed party faithful.

“Mrs Taliat Simbiat’s sudden passing has left a deep pain in my heart that words cannot adequately convey. The deceased was more than a party faithful but one of our administration’s biggest promoters in Iwo and environs,” Governor Adeleke noted in a condolences message.

He added, “Hearing about her passing is quite emotional for me personally and I join in mourning a virtuous woman whose impacts and contributions to society will be sorely missed.

“It is my prayer that God Almighty repose the soul of the departed and give the family and everyone touched by the painful loss the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. My condolences.”
