The Osun State All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council on Friday, held a strategic meeting with key party leaders and stakeholders as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the August 15 gubernatorial election.
The meeting which was held at the IleriOluwa campaign office, Osogbo, had in attendance, the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Mr Bola Oyebamiji, his running mate, Adereti Benjamin; the Osun State APC Chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, the Director-General of the Campaign Council, Hon. Oluwole Oke.
Others are; Comrade Olowogboyega; Alhaja Kudirat Fakokunde; Rt Hon. Wale Afolabi; Busayo Oluwole Oke; Prince Adeleke Banik; and other notable stakeholders.

In his remarks, Oyebamiji expressed optimism that with sustained support from party faithful and well-meaning stakeholders, the APC is well-positioned to secure victory in the August 15 gubernatorial election.
He charged members and supporters to intensify grassroots mobilisation, remain united, and sustain the momentum across all wards and local governments in the state.
The meeting, also witnessed the donation of buses by Oluwadamilare Eniade in support of the election of Oyebamiji.
“The gesture is expected to significantly enhance political mobilisation, expand outreach across communities, and strengthen the campaign’s logistics capacity,” the statement noted.
In his remarks, the State APC Chairman, offered prayers for the donor, acknowledging the contribution as one of several impactful interventions he has made toward the advancement of the party.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Oke commended the donor for the timely and strategic support, noting that such contributions reflect the growing confidence of stakeholders in the candidacy of Oyebamiji and the APC’s vision for Osun State.
He reiterated the Campaign Council’s commitment to delivering a well-coordinated, people-driven campaign that prioritises engagement, accessibility, and effective communication across all segments of society.
