A former House of Representatives member who represented Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo Federal Constituency, Hon. Bade Falade, on Saturday, visited the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The All Progressives Congress chieftain, during the visit, expressed his intention to represent the Osun West Senatorial District in the 2027 elections.
He stated that the visit was to seek the monarch’s royal blessing.
Oluwo in a post on his Facebook page, said, “Falade disclosed he relocated to Iwo in 1991 with his family. He revealed it was from Iwo he contested for both Ejigbo Local Government Chairman and the Federal House of Representatives and won. He said a higher percentage of his investments are located in the ancient city.”
Oluwo blessed his political aspirations and charged quality representation should God crown his political wish.
