FNSE: Egbedun, Owoeye, Badmus celebrates Armstrong Paints CEO

The Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun, the immediate past speaker of the assembly, Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye and the Executive Director, Marine and Operations, Olalekan Badmus, have congratulated the Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Paints, Engr. Adisa Adekunle on his conferment as a distinguished fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, NSE.

NSE, the umbrella body for the Engineering Profession in Nigeria, on Monday, conferred its prestigious distinguished fellowship on Adekunle.

The fellowship was conferred on him by the President of NSE, Engr. Margaret Aina Oguntala, at an event held at the University of Ibadan conference centre.

In a congratulatory statement, Egbedun, said the honour was in recognition of the CEO’s contributions to the Engineering profession.

He said, “Let me congratulate you on being conferred with the fellowship! This honour showed your outstanding contributions, dedication, and expertise in your field.

“This achievement is a testament to your tireless efforts and commitment to excellence. I pray this will open new doors to opportunities, collaborations, and innovation.”

Similarly, former Osun State speaker, Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye, in a statement on Tuesday, congratulated Engr Uthman on his latest achievement.

Owoeye said, “Your conferment as a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers did not come to me as a surprise. You have distinguished yourself in your chosen field of endeavour.

“This is another feather in your cap and may this fellowship bring you joy, pride and continued success.”

Also, Badmus, in a congratulatory message, said Adekunle has inspired a lot of people, adding that his dedication and commitment are something to be emulated by the younger generation.

“This latest achievement is a testament to your dedication and commitment. Your work has propelled you to this stage, and it serves as motivation for the younger generation.

“As we celebrate this new feat, I pray we celebrate more achievements and long may you continue to lead in your field and shape the future with your knowledge and expertise,” Badmus noted.
