The Naibul-Imam of Osogbo Land, Dr Isola Morufu Olawale, on Saturday, organised a free medical outreach for 500 people who are mostly elders.
According to a post on Facebook, the medical outreach includes free medical checkups, provision of free drugs, comprehensive free dental checks and procedures, and the distribution of free glasses.
Also, crucial health screenings, including checks for Blood Pressure and BMI, alongside testing for HIV, Hepatitis, and Blood Sugar Level, were administered.
The post noted that free medical outreach was a demonstration of Dr Olawale’s profound commitment to the welfare of the senior community members.
“The outreach provided essential healthcare services, entirely free of charge, to the elderly attendees of five hundred (500) people.
“These services featured free medical checkups, provision of free drugs, comprehensive free dental checks and procedures, and the distribution of free glasses. Crucial health screenings were also administered, including checks for Blood Pressure and BMI, alongside testing for HIV, Hepatitis, and Blood Sugar Level.
“This impactful service to the people was organised and powered by the Naibul-Imam of Osogbo Land, Dr Isola Morufu Olawale(Idi Ako), who is also Proprietor of Al BAYYAN International School Osogbo. His dedication ensured that the elderly received professional and necessary medical attention, reflecting a strong commitment to public health and community well-being in Osogbo,” the post noted.
