“I am here to seek royal blessings. Iwo people are supporting my ambition. Oluwo of today has a voice and I want to appeal to my father to support me
“There are six aspirants from one federal constituency. That constituency had in the past produced Chief of Staff, deputy governor, Minister, Senator. It is our time to produce a governor.”
In his remarks, Oba Akanbi said Iwo has been marginalised for long, adding that there is a need for Iwo people to be in top positions.
“We have been marginalised in Iwo and we need our children to be in better positions. Ogunbiyi is our son and I pray to God to make him the next Governor,” Oluwo prayed.
