Stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo Federal Constituency have called for mobilisation at all levels ahead of the 2026 gubernatorial election.
The stakeholders, according to a Facebook post by the lawmaker representing the constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Bamidele Salam, also urged party members to be united and shun any form of division.
The lawmaker noted that leaders of the party during a meeting on Sunday commended Governor Ademola Adeleke for the various projects, programmes, and other initiatives implemented in the last three years.
Salam said, “Today, I attended a meeting of leaders and select stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party in our Federal Constituency.
“Leaders from Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore and Ejigbo Federal constituency took turns to commend the State Governor, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke and my humble self for the various projects, programmes and other initiatives we have implemented in the last three years.
“The meeting urged Party members to ensure greater solidarity, cohesion, and mobilisation at all levels as we prepare for the 2026 Governorship election in Osun State.”
