The Speaker who did a thorough appraisal of Nigerian youth demographic variables compared the figures countries such as Ghana, South Africa, the United Kingdom and concluded that with numerical strength of the Nigerian youths, they can change the fate of Nigeria for better.
Owoeye who described the Osun Youth Agenda as lofty and laudable said the agenda which seeks to achieve improved education, employment, quality healthcare, poverty reduction and greater involvement in agriculture, aligns with the agenda of the current Gboyega Oyetola administration in Osun State.
“We require the assistance of Kimpact and its partners in re-orientating the Osun youth. Our youth must begin to think outside the box to see how they can be part of the solution and not the problem in a population of over 5million people. Our dear state is full of potential and it is my hope that our youth through IT, science and innovation will help us harness them.”
