The Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Osun State, Bola Oyebamiji, has announced scholarships up to the university level for the four children of the victim of the recent rainstorm in Osogbo, Mrs Jemilat Ganiyu.
Oyebamiji made the declaration during a visit to the family of the late Ganiyu on Sunday.
The APC gubernatorial candidate in his speech, expressed grief over the circumstances that led to the death of the deceased, explaining that death remains inevitable to every mortal.
He condoled the family of the deceased, particularly her parents, on the sudden death, praying Almighty Allah to grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Oyebamiji equally paid a visit to the mother and her daughter, who sustained injuries in the course of the rainstorms but were receiving treatment at Osun State University Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
He used the visit to pray for the quick recuperation of all the patients who are receiving treatments in the hospital just as he donated handsomely for all the patients to mark his visit.
