The lawmaker also lamented that the Ere-Ilahun bridge has not been fixed by the current administration.

Following the post, netizens who commented slammed the lawmaker for calling out Governor Adeleke on what he ought to do as a representative of the people.

More than 90 percent of those who commented on the post at the time of filling this report berated the lawmaker, questioning his impact after years in the Green chamber.

A Facebook user, Modupe Ajayi, while commenting on the lawmaker’s post, asked, “As a member of Obokun Ori Adee at the Federal House of Representatives, what is your work? Can’t you do it? If you do it, people will see your impact not by making noise on social media.”

He wrote, “OLUWOLE OKE, For how long have you been representing your Constituency? What are your own efforts as representative of your Constituency?”

Another Facebook user,

“This man is still on the blue app. What exactly are you doing as a rep? Are you telling us now that this bridge just collapsed this year, you’re rep for over 16 years now so stop crying abeg,” he wrote.
