You are a perfect example of mediocrity – Osun-born UK-based law lecturer slams Adeleke

By Tunde Olamilekan

An Osun State-born law lecturer, Misbau Alamu Lateef, has chided Governor Ademola Adeleke over his latest dancing escapades.

Dr. Misbau Alamu Lateef is a law lecturer at the University of Hull Law School, UK, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses, including Law of Business Organisations, UK and Transnational Commercial Law, and Trusts Law.

He described Senator Adeleke as a ‘perfect example of mediocrity’ in a post on his official Facebook page.

His comments came following the latest dancing episode of the governor during the wedding ceremony of his late brother’s daughter, Brenda Bolanle.

Guests at the event had demanded that the governor dance, with the Master of the Ceremony calling on Governor Adeleke to the dancing floor.

The governor unsurprisingly, took to the stage and had a dancing competition with one of the guests.

Reacting in the post, Lateef said he was ashamed of being from Osun due to the attitude of the governor in public, noting that Osun has ‘never had it this bad’.

He wrote, from “Dancer” to “Ijo nko” and now to “Give us Jackson”. The Governor of Osun is a perfect example of Mediocrity. Osun has never had it this bad.”
