The Osun State Examination Board has announced October 07, 2025, as the date for the
Mop up and the last edition of Common Entrance and Placement Examinations for students who intend to enroll in Junior Secondary School I and Senior Secondary School 1 of Public Secondary Schools in the state.
The announcement was disclosed in a statement signed by the registrar of the board, Olubukola Akintola.
The statement urged concerned parents and Students to visit the office of the Local Inspector of Education in their respective Local Government Areas for information on the designated centres for the examinations.
The statement reads, “This is to inform the General Public, particularly parents Guardians, and students who intend to enrol into Junior Secondary School I and Senior Secondary School 1 of Public Secondary Schools in Osun State that the mop-up and the last edition of Common Entrance and Placement Examinations have been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 7th October, 2025.
“The concerned parents guardians and students are, therefore, enjoined to visit the office of the Local Inspector of Education in their respective Local Government Areas for information on the designated centres for the examinations.
“Parents, guardians, and students should kindly note that the Common Entrance and Placement Examinations will hold simultaneously at 8.00 am prompt on Tuesday. 7th October, 2025 at the designated centres across the State.”
