A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Otunba Ajibola Olujobi has lauded the Alase of Ilase Ijesa, Oba Isiaka A. Ajarabiolu II on his 10th coronation anniversary.
The coronation anniversary was marked with pomp and pageantry as traditional rulers, dignitaries, sons and daughters, as well as well-wishers stormed the ancient town in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State to celebrate with the monarch.
Otunba Olujobi described the monarch’s 10 years on the throne as a peaceful one, noting that the residents and indigenes are happy with the Alase.
The Ilase-born businessman said Oba Ajarabiolu’s reign has brought tremendous development to the town, lauding the monarch for putting the town first.
Otunba Olujobi, while praying for more years on the throne, called on sons and daughters of Ilase to keep supporting the monarch.
The anniversary celebration featured cultural performances, royal tributes, and goodwill messages from dignitaries.
