The Governor of Osun State, H.E Gboyega Oyetola has eulogized the member representing Obokun/ Oriade Federal Constituency, Hon. Busayo Oluwole Oke on the occasion of his 53rd birthday anniversary.
The Governor in a birthday message by his Chief Press Secretary, Ismail Omipidan, appreciated Oke for his contributions to the development of the State, adding that his leadership qualities are worthy of commendation and emulation.
Oyetola who also described the legislator as a lawmaker par excellence, commended him for his contributions to the fight against Coronavirus in the State, saying he has added value to the lives of the people of Osun.
“On behalf of the good people of Osun, I join friends and family to felicitate with Hon. Wole Oke on his 53rd birthday anniversary. He is a lawmaker par excellence whose leadership qualities are worthy of commendation and emulation.
“As a State, we thank you for your generous contribution towards providing palliatives for our people during this Coronavirus pandemic. Your service to the people is well appreciated”, he said.
Meanwhile, the Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye, also felicitated with the federal lawmaker. Owoeye who described Hon. Oke as an experienced lawmaker of great repute also thanked him for his contributions towards the development of Ijeshaland.
“BOO as my brother is fondly called has garnered so many experience on legislative activities at the federal level. He has done so well in bringing development to Ijeshaland and Osun at large.”
“I wish him renewed vigour, mercy, favour and divine protection.” he concluded.
