Dignitaries to storm Ede for Madam Ruth Monilola Bello’s burial

Several dignitaries are to storm the ancient town of Ede this Friday for the burial of Madam Ruth Monilola Abeki Bello who died recently at the age of 85 years.

The late matriarch who is survived by children, amongst who are Rt. Hon. Adejare Bello, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a two-time Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly and several grandchildren.

The family in a statement made available to osun.life disclosed that the Christian wake-keep will hold today, Thursday 19th December, 2019 at her residence in Agip area of Ede, while the funeral service will hold at Christ Apostolic Church in the same Agip area of Ede on Friday, 20th December.

The event which will climax on tomorrow with the celebration of life at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Ede, is expected to attract several dignitaries across the political divide, public service and private sector.
