The Osun Rural Access and Mobility Project under the leadership of Prince Adesola Adewumi has engaged the use of innovative technology in delivering on its mandate which is to make all the rural roads in Osun State motorable.
Speaking with newsmen during an inspection visit to Aba Elewa-Isamosita-Odo-Oba in Iwo LGA, the project coordinator declared that “I am very happy with this innovation we have introduced to the delivering of our projects. Novocrete Soil Stabilization technology is currently the world’s most recent innovation in road construction.”
“The appreciation of Novocrete is increasing globally because it is cost-effective and very much durable than the conventional laying of Asphalts. We are confident that with this technology we will achieve more roads in good time and take maximum advantage of the coming dry season.”
In appreciating the efforts of the state government, the Project Coordinator praised Governor Gboyega Oyetola for embracing this new technology and the massive support Osun RAMP has enjoyed from the state government.
While expressing her joy over the application of Novocrete, a community member, Mrs Babatunde Idowu, thanked the Government of the State of Osun for the landmark achievement.
In her words “the Government of Osun State has made us proud for choosing our road for such innovative application. We will always be grateful to the Government and we also promise to use the road very well.”
