The Rotary Club of Ilesha, District 9125 Nigeria has installed its 36th president, Rotarian Femi Bibilari to oversee the affairs of the club for the year 2019-2020.
He took over the leadership of the club from the immediate past president, Rotarian Barrister Oluwaseun Ajoba, after completion of his one-year term, at the investiture ceremony held today in Ilesha.

In his acceptance speech, Bibilari promised to dedicate himself to the cause of Rotary and make positive contribution to the continuance and well being of humanity. He said the club would continue to also leverage on skill sets and vocation of members to deliver service to the host community and society in general.

Speaking on his vision for the year, the newly installed President said some of the projects slated for the current rotary year include the eradication of Polio, provision of portable water for the people, adult literacy class, supply of health care materials and food for the needy.
The president also revealed plans to connect with the less privilege people, rehabilitate and empower them. He further emphasized on the need to connect with pupils with different forms of disabilities.
Stressing the important of giving back to society, Bibilari said “we all know times are hard, but it is harder for less privileged in our midst. In addition, we shall consolidate and complete the existing major projects of the club and carry out a number of short term projects in all avenues of service.”

Fatai Akinbade, Member of the House of Representatives representing Ijesha Federal Constituency, Hon. Lawrence Ayeni, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Osun State, Mr. Charles Akinola among others.
