The Supreme Court of Nigeria has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by Senator Ademola Adeleke against the judgment of Court of Appeal which upheld the election of Gboyega Oyetola as the duly elected Governor of Osun State in the September 2018 governorship election of the state.
The apex court panel which was chaired by the Acting Chief Justice of the Federation, Justice Ibrahim Tank Mohammad, gave the verdict today in Abuja after taking preliminary motions by both parties in the case and reserved the judgment till July 5, 2019.
