The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has cleared Senator Ademola Adeleke as the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in last year’s Osun Governorship election.
The appellate court which said the trial court was wrong to have declared that the issue challenging the Senator’s eligibility not a pre-election matter.
