Police Arraign Alleged Fake Lawyer in Osun

The Osun State Police Command has arraigned an alleged fake lawyer before an Osogbo Magistrate Court.

The accused, Yekeen Ajao Jimoh who was arraigned before Magistrate Olusegun Ayilara, pleaded not guilty to the offense.

The defense lawyer, Muftau Adediran swiftly applied for bail but the prosecutor Elisha Olusegun objected to the bail application of the accused and applied that he be remanded in police custody pending the conclusion of investigation.

In his ruling, Magistrate Ayilara ordered that a formal application for bail should be made and the accused remanded in police custody till 24th April, 2019.
