A businessman from Oba in Olorunda Local government with business domiciled in Ikirun, Mr Tijani Oladosu also know as Tilad has berated the Akirun of Ikirun Oba Raufu Olayiwola for publicly identifying and campaigning for the APC candidate.
He made this disclosure while featuring on a Yoruba current affair “Oro Oselu” on Rave 91.7Fm in Oshogbo on Monday.
Tilad as popularly called who recently dumped APC for the PDP noted that a king of his status shouldn’t be seen campaigning for a political party, saying his subject are not happy with the development.
In his word he said “I am a close acquittance and admirer of Baba Akirun of Ikirun, but if someone is going to where his subjects doesn’t like he should be careful. A king must not be too involved in politics as Baba is doing. His subject are not happy with it,”
“I was in abroad when I heard Baba was holding broom with a face cap with name of Oyetola inscripted on it, campaigning around the town with the party members”
“Why didn’t the Aragbiji of Iragbiji where Oyetola hails from do same, I heard Oyetola campaigned in Iragbiji but the king was in his palace, He didn’t get himself involved, Baba sat in his palace”. He added.
