The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Recall that Adeoti, a governorship aspirant under the platform of the APC, had boycotted the just concluded governorship primary of the party, saying it was skewed to favour the candidacy of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola, the current Chief of Staff to Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
In a letter dated 21st July, 2018, a copy of which was made available to our medium. Adeoti informed the Ward Chairman of Gidigbo 2 Ward 12 of Iwo Local Government area, of his decision to leave the APC.
While thanking the entire membership of the party for their support during his stay in the party, he reiterated his commitment to the progress of Osun in any capacity he may find himself in the future.
