A Former Minister of Youth Development, Senator Olasunkanmi Akinlabi has said he is passionate about putting food on the table of the people of his home state, Osun.
The former minister who is one of the recently screened governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), disclosed this during an interview monitored on osun.life’s THE SPRING.
Akinlabi who had a stint at the Nigeria topmost financial institution has reiterated his commitment and his passion to reduce youth unemployment in the state.
“I am very passionate about the youth employment situation in Osun state, I am very passionate about putting food on the table of the people of Osun state. I will take youth unemployment very seriously, I will take food production very seriously and then address the issue of infrastructural decay.”
He added “Education is also there, as you know before Aregbesola came Osun has always been in the 6th and 7th position out of the whole federation in WAEC and NECO but now we are in 33 or 34th position. We will take Osun back to his glorious days”
Lastly, he urged his party delegates to vote for him because of his vast experience in the executive and legislative arm of the government.
