The senator representing Osun West Senatorial District, Ademola Adeleke, yesterday joined the race for the September 4 governorship race in the state on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Adeleke submitted his letter of intent at the party’s secretariat in Osogbo, Osun state capital, affirming that he won’t deviate from the precepts of the party just as he promised to uphold its democratic principle for the benefit of all. He told his supporters at the secretariat that he would not let them down in any way, stressing that he has the ability to galvanise electorate towards ensuring a remarkable victory.
The lawmaker stressed that he would promote peace and unity in the party, just as he assured them that he would not let the leadership of the party down if chosen for the assignment
