Pandemonium ensued in the quite Osogbo Metropolis Friday afternoon, when an unidentified male adult slumped from a fast moving motorcycle popularly called ‘Okada’.
However, the incidence which could have resulted in a tragic loss was averted at Olaiya junction in Osogbo by the prompt intervention of paramedics team of the Osun Ambulance Service.
An eyewitness, Adabanija Qamarudeen who witnessed the incident said that, “the victim suddenly fell off the bike and completely become unconscious.”
“The rider zoomed off immediately he realized his passenger on the motorcycle had fallen down from his back.” Adabanija accounted.
The eyewitness stated that paramedics team from the Osun State Ambulance Service popularly know as O’Ambulance appeared at the scene of the incident at a time the helpless man was lying down with no hope and almost out of breath, the team gave him some first aid treatments and rushed him to the nearest hospital.
