In Osun, Aregbesola asked traditional rulers to personally handle issues of security of lives and property of all citizens in their domain.

The governor spoke while presenting the staff of office to Onigege of Igege in Olaoluwa local council, Oba Kazeem Adio Orioye Ilufemiloye Oyediran ll.

Aregbesola, who was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti also advised the monarchs to oversee the sanitation of markets in their communities by mobilising their subjects to maintain cleanliness.
